These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FieldForce mobile and web application ("FieldForce" or the "Service") provided by Indexial Technologies ("we", "us"). FieldForce is a private, enterprise application made available through your organization. By accessing or using FieldForce, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
FieldForce accounts are created and issued by your organization's administrator; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (and any PIN/biometric unlock) confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify your organization immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. The Service
FieldForce is a sales-force-automation tool for field teams, including visit check-ins, daily call reporting, tour and daily planning, attendance, expenses, learning, messaging and related analytics for managers and administrators. Features available to you depend on your role and your organization's configuration.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use FieldForce only for your organization's legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable law and your organization's policies. You will not: submit false or misleading data (including location, attendance or call records); attempt to bypass geo-fencing, security or access controls; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app except as permitted by law; or use the Service to infringe any third-party rights.
4. Location, camera & device data
FieldForce requires precise location and camera access to verify field visits and attendance. By using the Service you consent to this collection during working use as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any consents your role requires when capturing third-party information.
5. Data & your organization
Data you enter belongs to and is controlled by your organization. We process it on your organization's behalf. Your use may also be subject to your organization's own policies and agreements.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your organization's data), is owned by Indexial Technologies and its licensors and is protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your organization's internal business purposes only.
7. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, maps and push notifications). Their use may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may release updates you may need to install to keep using it. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indexial Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Suspension & termination
Your organization or we may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or when your association with the organization ends. On termination your right to use the Service ceases.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Haryana, India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
